[edit] Known Facts

What model of bus is this?

File:Greenlight.jpgThe bus photo shows that The Village has bus service to it, or has bus service all throughout, though the make and model of the buses are not easily recognizable.

File:Greenlight.jpgThe bus video clip shows that bus driver seems to sit on the right hand side of the bus, though as Rover1984 has pointed out in a discussion, the video or photos could be mirrored or altered to give that impression.

File:Greenlight.jpgThe 'Five Segment Circle' symbol appears on the side of the bus in the bus video clip and in the related screenshot.

[edit] Speculation

TAnthony: "It's worth noting that the bus looks like an older model; the closest I've found from a cursory search online were the Leyland Royal Tiger buses from the mid-60's. Leyland is a British company, though their buses are available all over the place apparently. Still, looking closely at it, it does seem as though it's a right-hand drive bus -- the bus's left-hand side (the port side, for you sailors) at the front seems to be where the door is, rather than where the driver sits. The picture is fairly blurry, so it's hard to tell for sure."

I agree with TAnthony that it's a Leyland. But I feel it's the Tiger Cub model - like the one that you see in the background of the picture linked to above. Having lived and gone to college in the Burnley area of the UK during my early years, I took many rides on that type of bus. And, of course, being British vehicle, it would be a right-hand drive with the passenger entrance/exit on the left. KHughes
