[edit] Notes From The Wiki Founder: Interviewing by ConcernedCitizen 15:36, October 30th, 2009 (EST)

My politician has been acting oddly of late. He quit. It’s throwing me into more of a puzzlement regarding what in the world the three people in my file have in common. This guy has been visiting his parents a lot lately, instead of hanging around his own family.

I got online to read his resignation speech. He claims he’s "tired" of politics and wants to spend some time planning his next step.

It’s clearly a life crisis of some sort, some redefinition, but I’m not sure why. It certainly doesn’t look anything at all like what my other two subjects are going through. The veteran was here to apply for a job. He’s hitting the streets, like me, only he had experience with chemicals before he joined the military.

It was just a coincidence I ran into him.

Today Ana came and said she had to escort me to Human Resources again. She was very apologetic. I’ve been bringing her coffee almost every morning, and she’s loosened up. She talks to me about trivial things: Weather, shows, people at work who keep forgetting their badges. It’s nice to have a friendly face here, but today reminded me there’s still a hierarchy.

At HR, I was again asked if I enjoyed my work.

“Of course,” I replied. “I’m fully committed to being here.”

There was a throat-clearing sound, and I was shown a monitor, fairly similar to the ones I used. I saw myself in the lower right hand screen. There was software running, and a series of images flashed of me walking through the door everyday. My clothes changed, but each shot was of me walking through the doors.

“According to facial analysis software, you’re not happy, David,” I was told. “More importantly, you’re spreading this atmosphere."

Apparently, I am not enough of a team player.

I promised I would work on my attitude, and that seemed to mollify my interviewer.

On the spot, I told her that one of my reasons for not enjoying work of late was that I suspected Mark of snooping around my computer and desk space. I mentioned last week’s incident. I was promised that it would be looked into.

In the meantime, that program I started up on the computer at work last week? It has a couple things for me to share. One is this photo you see to the right titled "84’s Perspective: Street side." The other was a video that titled "Outer Perimeter of The Village. 27's Perspective."
